Returns

Please note our GT&Cs and information on the legal right of withdrawal.

1. Creating and printing documents
   Please print out your returns documents and the return note. Put this in the package together with the articles.
2. Affix on the label
   Please cover the old label on the package.
3. Hand in your parcel at the post office
   Please keep the receipt with the tracking number of the package.

Create your returns documents

• a) Customer with customer account
  Use the logon at My account.
• b) Customer without customer account
  Create your returns documents under Returns for guest customers.

Further information on returns

Packaging

• If you wish to return the shipment, please put the return slip and the relevant articles in the original packaging.
• The labels on the articles should not be removed.
• We also ask you to treat the ordered articles with care and to protect them from contamination.

Shipping label

• The return within Germany is free of charge with DHL.
  The returns label with shipping address can be created via the webshop.
• Returns from countries outside Germany are subject to a charge.
  The person returning the articles must pay for the shipping label with the return address of Mainpol GmbH at the post office.

Refund

• The payment will be refunded to your credit card account or PayPal account.
• The processing of refunds can take up to 14 days.
• As soon as we have received the return shipment, the returned items will be checked.
• If, after checking the return, we find that the articles in question have been inappropriately handled, you may have to pay for a loss in value of the goods.

Help for customers with a customer account

• Use the logon to your customer account "My account" (top right) followed by "My orders" and then "Return".
• Please generate the return note and the shipping label with the return address and print both of them.
• Stick the shipping label on the package and enclose the return note with the package.

Help for guest customers without a customer account

• Please use Returns for guest customers.
• You can view your purchase order by entering your purchase order number and e-mail address.
• Please generate the return note, print it out and affix it to the package.

If you are returning from within Germany, you can generate a shipping label via the website. The return costs for the shipping are already paid by us.
If you are returning from a country outside Germany, you must fill in and pay for the shipping label with the return address of Mainpol GmbH at the post office yourself.
