Shipping and terms of payment
Shipping
- Your order will be shipped with the parcel service DHL.
- You will be informed about the dispatch and expected delivery date after ordering by e-mail.
Delivery time
- The delivery time within Germany is 2 – 5 working days.
- In other EU countries the delivery time is 3 – 10 working days.
Shipping costs
- Shipping within Germany is free of charge starting from a goods value of 150€.
- Shipping within Germany of goods under a value of 150€ must be paid for, and costs 4.90€.

* Shipping is free of charge from a goods value of 150€ or more. If the value of goods is less than 150€ the shipping costs are 4.90€ (4.90€ won't be refunded in case of return).
Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Credit card
The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as legitimate cardholder, and then your card will be charged. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
PayPal
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must in all cases be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us.
